"Garmin® HRM-600: The Garmin® HRM-600 is a unisex chest-strap heart rate monitor built for runners and athletes who want accurate, real-time heart rate data during training runs, swim workouts, and daily exercise. The rechargeable battery delivers up to two months of use per charge, so the monitor stays ready through weeks of consistent training without frequent interruptions. The HRM-600 strap is rated to 5 ATM, which means it holds up through sweat, rain, and swim workouts without issue. It comes in two sizes to accommodate a range of chest measurements, and the strap is machine washable for straightforward maintenance after hard efforts. The combination of HRV tracking, running dynamics, and a durable water-resistant build makes the HRM-600 a practical data tool for runners who want more than a basic heart rate reading during daily training and longer efforts. Why Our Fit Experts Love It""I wore the HRM-600 during a week of morning runs and one longer weekend effort in the rain.
