MRAD shooters who work at serious distances need a scope that thinks the way they do. The Vortex Viper HD 5-25x50 FFP VMR-4 MRAD Riflescope is built around that requirement. The Vortex Viper HD brings together HD optical quality, a capable MRAD reticle on the first focal plane, and the kind of rugged, field-ready construction that precision shooters depend on when conditions are not cooperating, and the shot still needs to happen. The Vortex Viper HD 5-25x50 runs Vortex's HD Optical System with select glass elements chosen for optimal resolution, color fidelity, and edge-to-edge sharpness with minimal chromatic aberration. The 50mm objective lens gathers strong light across the full magnification range, keeping the image bright and detailed from 5x to 25x. At the top end of the power range where most scopes start to lose their edge, the Viper HD Scope stays sharp and usable, with the kind of image quality that supports real precision work at distance. The illuminated Vortex reticle VMR-4 MRAD sits on the first focal plane of the Vortex Viper Scope, which means your mil subtensions are accurate and usable at every magnification setting. Whether you are shooting at 5x or dialed to 25x, your wind calls and holdover references are right where they need to be without any recalculation. For MRAD shooters making corrections in the field or working with a spotter, that first-focal-plane consistency is not optional. The Vortex Viper HD exposed locking elevation turret makes fast, precise field adjustments straightforward and readable. RevStop Zero System reliably brings you back to zero. Argon gas purging, waterproof, and shockproof construction handles whatever the field throws at it.
