The Walther Hammerli TAC R1C delivers AR-15 performance in a .22 lr package. Unlike many .22lr sporting rifles that use plastics and polymers, the TAC R1C’s upper and lower receiver are made from aircraft-grade aluminum for enhanced durability. The extensive use of metal also gives the TAC R1C the solid feel of a centerfire AR, making it an excellent training platform. In addition, the TAC R1C is equipped with an M-LOK compatible handguard, a full-length picatinny rail for the installation of optics, and a threaded barrel to support suppressors and other muzzle devices.
