The Bantam HD 6.5x32mm Binoculars deliver the brightness, clarity, and durability that Vortex is known for – all in a package ideal for youths. The overall size and ergonomics have been optimized for smaller hands and faces. They weigh in at 14.4 ounces, roughly half the weight of a pair of full-sized 10x42mm binoculars. The interpupillary distance has been reduced to a slender 51mm – 69mm to better accommodate narrower faces. Despite the small size and lightweight, the Bantam HD 6.5x32mm Binoculars offer exceptional optical quality. They come equipped with Vortex’s HD Optical system with select glass elements to provide optimal resolution, maximize light transmission, reduce chromatic aberration, and deliver edge-to-edge sharpness. Optical performance is further enhanced thanks to the XR Lens Coatings, which boost light transmission for better performance in low light environments. In addition, the Bantam HD 6.5x32mm Binoculars are tripod compatible via 1/4x20 threaded insert, and feature a rubber armor coating to protect against bumps and minor impacts.
