FN AR15 premium button-rifled barrels are crafted using domestically sourced chrome moly Vanadium material in accordance with Mil-B-11595E standards. Each barrel undergoes high pressure testing (HPT) and magnetic particle inspection (MPI) to guarantee the absence of micro-stresses or imperfections. This meticulous process ensures uniformity and excellence in every barrel dispatched from the facility. Both the bore and chamber are lined with chrome to bolster resistance against corrosion and guard against heat erosion, effectively extending the lifespan of the barrel and promoting consistent chambering and extraction. The inclusion of M4 style feed ramps and a barrel extension maintains dependable feeding, while the matte black Manganese Phosphate finish thwarts external corrosion and oxidation.
