Manufactured from U.V. resistant nylon. Ideal for all applications including marine. Ultima Cable Ties are made from a virgin Nylon 6/6 with the highest UV resistance. They meet or exceed UL/SAE/Military specs for use at -40°F to +176°F, have the highest tensile strength, are chemical/fuel resistance and rated against flammability. One of the weakest points on a Cable Tie is the ratchet mechanism in the head. Ultima Cable Ties use a 4-tooth ratchet design for superior locking while competitors use only 3 teeth. Because of our precise tooling, you can easily hear the clicking as the cable is being tightened. Once tightened, the 4-tooth design provides a more secure grip and won’t loosen or let go. The sides of the cables have a radius to make handling and installation easier.
