"Armitalia di Lucchini are a specialist shotgun maker in Ponte Zanano Brescia Italy. It was started by Stefano Lucchini and in later years has been run by his son Sandro. They are high quality, made to order shotguns with a few top qualities commissioned each year. This is top quality example comes as a two gun set of 28 gauge shotguns with consecutive running serial numbers. Each gun is numbered in gold on the top lever, top rib at the breach, and forearm. The 28"" barrels have a fine checkered solid rib with nickel front bead sight, ejectors, and removable chokes. The coin finish receiver is done with gold line boarders with a floral engraving on the rolled edge trigger guard. This gun has a manual safety. The stock set is a two piece high grade checkered capped pistol grip and forend with a flutted straight comb. The forend has gold line boarders on the bottom metal.
