The Orvis Clearwater Two-Handed Fly Rod Series is not just a cosmetic facelift, but a complete overhaul from the ground up by Vermont rod designers. It's still a great fly rod for the money, but with significant upgrades in performance and looks. Chrome snake and stripping guides feature ceramic inserts for enhanced line flow. Black nickel aluminum reel seats keep reel securely attached during long days on the water. A quick rod identifier on the blank keeps track of rods at a glance. Each Clearwater Fly Rod was designed with a purpose-built profile and action to handle specific species or tactics, based on what the rod model would be traditionally used for. Comes with gray Cordura rod tube.
