There are few better ways to relax than with Chamomile Citron, a caffeine-free, herbal infusion from Tea Forte. Not only is it delicious, it also has a number of calming and health-giving qualities thanks to its all-natural, organic ingredients. Egyptian chamomile is the heart of the blend, floral and refreshing yet also rich in calming properties. Chilean rosehips impart sweet and tart notes while also supplying immune-supporting Vitamin C. Meanwhile, hibiscus enhances the floral dimension and bestows high levels of antioxidants to the blend, reducing cholesterol levels and lowering blood pressure. Thai lemongrass and lemon verbena are thought to increase relaxation and aid with sleep, while licorice root relieves fatigue, depressions, colds and flus. All these ingredients come together in perfect unison, bursting with flavor, healthiness and happiness. Buy this loose leaf blend now in air-sealed canisters containing 35-50 servings. Steep at 208 F for 5 minutes (longer steeping will create even stronger flavor), using 2 teaspoons of leaves per 8 ounces of water. For loose leaf iced teas, use 3 teaspoons per 8 ounces of water, and double the steep time. Tea Forte Chamomile Citron herbal tea leaves are a creation of Tea Forte.
