"Dr. Pescia" is a nomadic beekeeping company of Tuscany, a unique establishment that roams their land placing their hives where the most beautiful and aromatic flora grows. They then collect honey from the hives all Italy's most beautiful terroir. The fields are along the coast of Etruschi in Livorno and The chestnut woods in the hill near the establishment are the perfect environment to create this whole virgin monofloral honey. Characterized by a strong flavor with a slightly bitter finish, Chestnut honey is ideal for cheese platters, drizzled over some fresh goat cheese. Imported from Italy.
