Eppendorf Pcr Plate 96wl Loprofl Cl Pk20 Unit PK. The direct PCR of an insert with attached plug is performed by applying a mandrel to the surface of the plate through the polypropylene plug. Because of the close proximity of the plug to the opening of the plate a plug made of a polyester textile can be included. A polyethylene plug seals two openings of the 96-well plate to ensure a good physical security of the insert and a good chemical resistance. A polyethersulfone layer provides an additional level of protection against DNA based pyrolytic products. All surfaces of the plate are manufactured from medical grade FDA grade and pharmaceutical grade Eppendorf. The Eppendorf LoPro FXT is a specialized lid for the 96-well Pcr plate to provide an increased level of protection against DNA based pyrolytic products.
