Bulldog Winch 4000lb UTV/Utility Winch w/ 55ft Wire Rope Roller Fairlead. 8 HP permanent magnet winch that is designed for use on side-by-sides and larger ATVftres. It includes two switches and is controlled by a sealed 250A sealed contactor. The winch hand switch comes with horn override and freespool operation. The freewheeling drum brake provides great hook-up and is an integral part of the brake system. The winch is designed with an integral clutch which provides tremendous pulling power and is suitable for normal use. The braking system is one-way so that the winch rope is pulled all the way through to the other end of the rope rather than an over-braking system that requires the winch to be brought back to the vehicle. The winch handlebar switch comes with horn override and freewheeling. The hand held switch comes with a horn override button and freewheeling. The freewheeling clutch overdrives the other end of the rope first so that it always drags the rope. The second switch provides freewheeling operation and controls the winch head. The freewheeling brake is an integral drum brake held against a massive internal brake drum to prevent damage or launch the rope. The freewheeling brake prevents the winch from pulling the rope all the way off the vehicle. As a bonus the winch includes a freewheeling drum which is a great feature allowing the winch to lower the ATVfts or winches rear suspension. Also included is automatic freewheeling 7/32in rope and 55ft of 7/32in rope with spool.
