Surge Pebax Pillow Line Straps Pebax is a premium material most often found in high-end ski boots as it provides consistent stiffness and improved toughness in cold temperatures. It's also 20% lighter than our standard material. CNC Machined Baseplates Solid for maximum stiffness and durability. Premium Materials & Custom Hardware Custom made hardware allows splitboard specific features to be added like hex heads for less strippage and hollow pivot pins for weight savings. The heel loop screws got the best makeover of all with a custom screw head with double the drive depth and an unthreaded shoulder to improve connection to the heel loop.
