The straight forward measuring cylinder design helps eliminate powder hang ups which can lead to double charges or overcharges. The numbered measuring screw changes easily from charge to charge, and enables you to go back to a known charge at a later date. The precision ground cylinder is honed main casting produce a smooth and accurate powder dispensing system.
