In conjunction with Boker Germany, these premium fish fillet knives, available in 7 and 9-inch lengths, are made from 4116 German stainless steel with an upsweep design. An AFTCO gold TIN finish is bonded to the Boker blades through PVD to resist corrosion and a sub-zero quench technique keeps blades sharp. A full tang handle design combined with an ergonomically and anatomically correct over-molded polypropylene / TPR slip-free surface leads to comfortable cutting control when filleting your catch. The Flex Fillet Knife makes exacting cuts on small game fish and precision cuts on larger fish!
