The Emissary series is designed to bridge the gap between the performance of custom works and practicality of defensive pistols. The Emissary features a forged frame and slide with a unique tri-top cut that features flat top slide serrations to diffuse light and reduce glare. A shortened, heavy profile bull barrel allows for the perfect balance of accuracy, recoil control and concealability. The 2024 model features an all-black cerakote finish with a slide-length frame that features a full 1913 Picatinny rail for maximum accessory space. New for 2024, the 1911 Emissary has received an upgrade with Springfield's Agency Optic System (AOS). Developed in collaboration with Agency Arms, the AOS employs a series of adapter plates to allow for easy fitment of a wide variety of today's most popular optics. The plates also feature integrated rear sights for easy co-witness with the chosen optic. This model is chambered in 9mm Luger and features a 4.25-inch barrel and an all-black finish.
