The BFT 556 combines the AK platform with the popular 5.56x45mm NATO cartridge and is proudly manufactured in the USA. The rifle features a sturdy construction with a bulged and forged trunnion alongside a 1.5mm stamped receiver to ensure long-lasting strength. A tough, chrome-lined barrel also helps to ensure longer barrel life and easy cleaning. Lastly, the popular RAK-1 enhanced trigger is included allowing for smooth, consistent trigger pulls. The BFT 556 also comes optics ready with the battle-proven dovetail side mount allowing for secure attachment of optics and rail adapters to the receiver. This model is chambered in 5.56x45mm NATO and is compatible with .223 Remington ammunition. The rifle features an all-black finish with Serbian Red furniture. One 30-round magazine is included.
