Attachment is straightforward - place the adapter plate onto the slide and secure it using the provided two #6-32 screws. For optimal results, firmly tighten the screws (30 to 50 in-lb) with a Torx T-15 wrench (not included). When mounting the optic onto the adapter plate, adhere to the sight manufacturer's specifications (sight not included). Please note that the extra screws in the package are intended solely for JPoint sight installation. Shield sights can be fitted onto this base without alteration.
