Product Description

This mount is specifically designed for the CZ 557 short action. It is essential to verify the ejection port opening to ensure proper fitment, which measures 2.675 inches. EGW has encountered some rifles with longer ejection ports that are still classified as short action. The picatinny cross slots extend the full-length of the rail, providing the shooter with flexibility in mounting scope rings and other accessories. EGW's one-piece scope mounts are the preferred choice for both hunters and tactical shooters. This mount is a Picatinny-style base, compatible with both picatinny and weaver scope rings. EGW manufactures these mounts in-house using advanced machining centers. Post-machining, the mounts undergo tumbling, sandblasting and type-III anodizing to ensure long-lasting durability. Recommendations: Use 0 MOA for shooting distances of 0 yd - 500 yd and 20 MOA for 500 yd - 1000 yd. When zeroing a rifle with a 20 MOA mount, EGW advises 0 at 200 yd. For installation, EGW recommends applying 20 in-lb of torque and a drop of blue Loctite (sold separately). All components, including mounting screws, wrench and packaging, are proudly made in the USA.
