The X-Bolt Speed models are renowned for their reliability and precision in the field of hunting rifles. Setting themselves apart with both exceptional performance and aesthetics, these rifles feature a barreled action protected by a durable cerakote finish, complemented by camouflage on the lightweight composite stock and a fluted, sporter weight precision barrel. However, their reputation isn't solely based on looks. The X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon Fiber continues this legacy with an unwavering commitment to tack-driving accuracy, now enhanced by a carbon fiber wrapped barrel from preferred barrels. Preferred barrels products undergo rigorous research and testing to ensure top-tier quality and precision. Each barrel starts as a precision-bored blank, button rifled and stress relieved, employing a robust carbon fiber wrapping process for superior strength and stiffness. Unlike simpler sleeve or tube constructions, this method offers genuine functional benefits, not just a cosmetic carbon fiber appearance. The barrels, available in standard lengths tailored to each caliber, feature a Recoil Hawg muzzle brake and thread protector cap for added versatility. The action of the speed carbon fiber is meticulously bedded and the barrel is free-floated to maintain consistent accuracy shot after shot. A cerakote tungsten finish on the redesigned action and barrel provides exceptional metal protection surpassing traditional bluing or stainless steel. The DLX trigger, a three-lever design, guarantees flawless performance with zero creep, zero take-up and zero overtravel, factory preset at 3.5 lb and adjustable down to 3.0 lb. The lightweight Vari-Tech composite stock offers unparalleled versatility with 3-way adjustment, Browning's OVIX camouflage for superior concealment in diverse environments and a new, thicker Inflex recoil pad for enhanced comfort. Comparable to chassis-style stocks, the Vari-Tech stock allows adjustments to comb height for perfect alignment with optics and internal spacers ensure a solid, rattle-free length of pull. Switchable between sporter and vertical grip modules, the grip angle adapts to your preference, while rubber over molding on gripping surfaces ensures a secure hold in any conditions. In hunting, split-second decisions can make all the difference. The Vari-Tech stock, when tailored to your dimensions, transforms the rifle into a natural extension of your body, facilitating quicker, more accurate initial shots and follow-ups. The X-Bolt 2 Speed Carbon Fiber is crafted for the discerning hunter who demands nothing less than peak performance in pursuit of their target.
