Sig Sauer Romeo2 1x Red Dot - Circle Dot - New for 2022, Sig Sauer's ROMEO2 Micro Reflex Sight delivers next-level versatility in a compact package. It ship with two interchangeable steel shrouds: a half shroud and a full shroud. The half shroud provides good protection against drops and minor impacts and the full shroud completely seals in the optic with a polycarbonate rear window for superior protection against dirt, water, dust, and other debris. Alternatively, the user can use the ROMEO2 without the shroud to save a little weight and use the optic as a standard open red dot. The ROMEO2 also features Sig's exclusive MOTAC and MAGNETAC activation systems. MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination System) powers up the optic when motion is detected, and MAGNETAC (Magnetic Activation) powers up the optic when the host weapon is drawn from a compatible holster, and shuts the optic off when holstered. Together, these systems ensure the ROMEO2 is always ready for use. Other features of the ROMEO2 include 15 levels of illumination (12 daytime, 3 night vision) and D.A.R.C. (Dark Adaptive Reticles & Coatings) - a technology that delivers optimal target clarity and ideal reticle brightness when used with Gen 3+ night vision devices. In addition, the ROMEO2 is compatible with any Sig Sauer pistol outfitted with a Pro-Cut slide and a spring-loaded side battery tray allowing the battery to be changed without having to detach the optic from the host weapon. 2 steel shrouds: 1 half shroud (for minor drop and impact protection) and 1 full shroud (includes polycarbonate rear window to completely seal in the optic for protection against dirt, water, dust, and other debris) MOTAC (Motion Activated Illumination System) powers up optic when motion is detected MAGNETAC (Magnetic Activation) powers up the optic when the host weapon is drawn from a compatible holster, and shuts the optic off when holstered D.A.R.C.
