Designed with tournament anglers in mind, the Grundens Gambler GORE-TEX Jacket matches its feature set to many of the unique demands of boating and fishing. Its GORE-TEX membrane is waterproof, windproof, and breathable, of course, but the jacket also features GORE-TEX TOPO stretch panels for the freedom of movement we need for hook sets and casting-as well as paddling our fishing kayak or rowing a drift boat. The stow-away hood stays out of our way when the weather is fine and covers us quickly when the front rolls in. We especially like the neoprene wrist cuffs, which prevent water from running up our sleeves when reach into the lake to land a fish, dip our paddle too deep, or take care of our prop or transducer.
