The Black Diamond Approach Down Hoodie has a premium down fill that heats us up without weighing us down. This puffy features high-loft, low-weight 800-fill goose down that's responsibly sourced and treated for water resistance, so it's lighter, more packable, and less susceptible to loft-killing moisture than most puffies. The Approach easily slips over our baselayer and under our harness with its slim fit, which also layers well under a shell if we need to add warmth to our waterproof setup for alpine and ice climbing.
