The Chive is one of the Ken Onion designs for Kershaw that features the Speed-Safe patented assisted-opening system which assists the user to smoothly open the knife with a manual push on the thumb stub or Index-Open system. The blade is constructed from 420HC. The handle is made from 410 stainless steel. The Chive features a pocket clip on right side of handle to secure the knife inside a pocket for quick and easy access.
