TekMat Ultra 20 Cleaning Mat Features The TekMat Ultra 20 Cleaning Mat is built from rubber with extra thick padding that offers a premium feel and shields both the firearm and the work surface from accidental drops or rough handling. Its oil and water resistant surface keeps solvents and cleaning chemicals from soaking through to the table beneath which protects furniture and keeps cleanup simple. At 15 inches by 20 inches the mat gives enough working space to lay out a fully disassembled 1911 alongside brushes patches and small parts without losing track of anything. The stitched edge construction found in TekMat s Ultra line adds durability that stands up to repeated use at the range or workbench. Printed directly onto the mat is a detailed 1911 parts diagram giving shooters a labeled reference for every component during disassembly and reassembly. This illustration doubles as a learning tool for newer shooters and a handy refresher for experienced gunsmiths working on multiple pistol platforms. The black and white color scheme keeps the diagram easy to read under a range bench light or in a dim workshop. Lightweight and easy to roll up for storage this mat is a practical addition to any 1911 owner s cleaning kit.
