Sons of Liberty Gun Works OCKS Bolt Carrier Group Features The Sons of Liberty Gun Works OCKS Bolt Carrier Group is the result of nearly two years of research and testing into advanced coatings settling on a Nickel Teflon finish that is extremely slick even without lubrication. That low-friction coating also sheds carbon fouling far more easily than standard phosphate making cleanup after a suppressed range session a breeze. The C158 bolt is HP and MPI tested for added confidence in its metallurgical integrity while the phosphate extractor and chrome plated firing pin add further corrosion resistance to high-wear components. A chrome lined gas key and carrier bore keep gas flow consistent round after round. Every major wear component including the carrier bolt ejector and cam pin receives the same NTC coating for best-in-class corrosion resistance and extended service life. The included OCKS optimized carrier key screws upgrade improves the staking and torque reliability of the gas key addressing a common failure point on standard AR carriers. This BCG is designed to function across 5.56 NATO .300 Blackout 6mm ARC and .350 Legend builds giving shooters flexibility across multiple platforms. Shooters looking to upgrade reliability and ease of maintenance will find this a drop-in improvement over a standard mil-spec carrier.
