Ruger 10/22 250th Anniversary Features The Ruger 10/22 has been a mainstay of American rimfire shooting for decades and this 250th Anniversary George Washington edition carries that legacy forward with a commemorative theme tied to the nation s founding. Chambered in .22 LR the rifle uses Ruger s proven semi-automatic action and 18.5 barrel for reliable cycling and consistent accuracy at typical rimfire ranges. Feeding from a 10-round rotary magazine it retains the dependable feeding system that has made the 10/22 platform a trusted choice for generations of shooters. The rifle s design continues to support the vast aftermarket of stocks triggers and accessories built around the 10/22 pattern. As a commemorative release this rifle offers collectors a distinctive variant beyond the standard 10/22 lineup tying the anniversary theme to a rifle already respected for its reliability. Ruger s reputation for durable affordable rimfire rifles makes the 10/22 platform a natural choice for a limited edition tribute piece. Whether displayed as a collector s item or used for plinking and small game hunting the rifle delivers the same dependable performance the 10/22 name is known for. This 250th Anniversary edition gives shooters and collectors a meaningful way to own a piece of American history in a functional rimfire rifle.
