CMC Triggers Two-Stage Trigger Features The CMC Triggers Two-Stage trigger is engineered as a self-contained drop-in unit that fits directly into AR-15 and AR-10 pattern lower receivers without requiring extensive gunsmithing. Its two-stage design separates the take-up from the break giving shooters a defined two-pound first stage followed by a crisp two-pound second stage break that removes the guesswork of a single-stage trigger. Steel construction machined to plus or minus .001 inch tolerances ensures consistent repeatable pull weight shot after shot. This precision manufacturing is what allows CMC to offer the exceptional trigger feel that has made its AR trigger groups popular among competitive and tactical shooters alike. The flat trigger shoe included with this model gives a straight consistent finger placement across the face of the trigger which many shooters find improves trigger control and follow-through compared to a curved shoe. Because the entire assembly is self-contained installation is straightforward and doesn t require replacing individual internal components or fitting parts by hand. This design also helps maintain consistent performance over time since the trigger hammer and springs are matched and tuned together at the factory. For AR-15 and AR-10 owners looking to noticeably improve their rifle s trigger feel with a simple drop-in upgrade the CMC Triggers Two-Stage trigger delivers a proven combination of precision and reliability.
