Breakthrough Clean Heavy Carbon Remover Features The Breakthrough Clean Heavy Carbon Remover is formulated as a water based solvent that targets plastic residue and carbon fouling left behind after firing. Because it is water based rather than relying on harsh solvents it is virtually odorless which makes cleaning sessions more pleasant whether at a home bench or an indoor range. The formula is effective on firearms fed either black powder or synthetic smokeless powders giving shooters with a mix of traditional and modern firearms a single product that covers both. This versatility reduces the number of separate cleaning products needed in a range bag or cleaning kit. Application is handled through a 6 ounce pump spray bottle which lets the shooter direct the cleaner precisely onto fouled surfaces without the mess of a dip or brush application. The bottle size is compact enough for a range bag while still providing ample product for repeated cleaning sessions. Breakthrough Clean also notes the formula is 100 percent biodegradable which is a consideration for shooters who clean firearms at home or in shared spaces. Manufactured in the USA this pump spray cleaner is a straightforward addition to any firearm maintenance routine.
