The Jones Solution Junior Splitboard carries the same construction as our adult splitboards, sized down for younger or smaller riders ready for real backcountry terrain. A directional shape with a longer nose and set-back stance holds a line on steep, technical descents, while the Freeride CamRock profile pairs camber underfoot with nose rocker for confident edge hold and float once the snow gets deep. A Medium 3D Contour Base smooths glide and turn initiation the same way it does on the grownup version, so a young rider is skinning up and riding down on gear that isn't a compromise. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I watched my kid hold an edge through steep, technical terrain that would've challenged plenty of adults, and never once thought the board was the reason they might not keep up. It's the same gear I'd trust myself, just sized for a smaller rider."
