Vortex Crossfire II Solar Features The Vortex Crossfire II Solar is distinguished by its Auto D-Tec solar technology which detects ambient light conditions and automatically transitions between solar and battery power as needed delivering a combined battery run time of 150 000 hours that dramatically reduces the need for battery changes during extended use. A clean 2 MOA dot keeps the aiming point precise enough for steel at distance without obscuring the target at close range and the 10 daylight plus 2 night-vision illumination settings give shooters a usable dot across the full spectrum of lighting conditions. Motion activation and 10-minute auto-shutoff further conserve power between solar charging cycles ensuring the optic is always ready when the shooter picks up the firearm. Fully multi-coated lenses maximize light transmission for a bright clear sight picture and ArmorTek coating on the exterior lens surfaces protects against scratches oil and dirt during hard field use. Nitrogen gas purging eliminates internal moisture for fogproof performance in rapid temperature changes and waterproof and shockproof construction give the Crossfire II Solar the durability to withstand demanding conditions. For shooters who want a simple dependable solar-powered red dot built to grow with them from close-range drills to steel at distance the Vortex Crossfire II Solar is available now at GrabAGun.
