Retay Asend Sporter Features The Retay Asend Sporter is built around a 20-inch heavy tapered barrel made from special alloy steel precision drilled to Retay s exacting standards for consistent repeatable accuracy. The barrel s sleek black chrome finish resists corrosion and gives the rifle a distinctive modern look compared to traditional blued rimfire barrels while standing up well to repeated handling and range use. A 1:16 twist rate with six grooves is matched to standard .22 LR ammunition helping stabilize the round for reliable downrange performance across a range of bullet weights. This combination of barrel quality and finish reflects Retay s ambition to become a go-to choice for rimfire shooters who expect precision without a premium price tag. The black chrome receiver integrates a Picatinny rail directly on top giving shooters a straightforward mounting surface for a red dot or riflescope without needing a separate base or gunsmithing work. A smooth 3-stage trigger provides a clean controllable pull that helps shooters extract more accuracy from the platform shot after shot. The 10-round detachable magazine feeds reliably from the fixed black synthetic stock which keeps the rifle lightweight at 7.19 pounds for extended range sessions or plinking outings. The synthetic stock also shrugs off weather and rough handling far better than a traditional wood stock making it a practical choice for young shooters and seasoned rimfire enthusiasts alike. This setup makes the Asend Sporter a strong option for shooters looking for an affordable accurate .22 LR bolt gun suited to training small game hunting and casual range days.
