CZ A01-SD Features The CZ A01-SD is the evolution of the Shadow series built from scratch at CZ Custom around a hammer-forged CNC-machined and blued frame. The massively heavy short dustcover kills recoil and muzzle rise giving competitive shooters a flatter-shooting platform for faster follow-up shots on steel or paper. Both the hammer and sear are directly pinned in the frame to solidify trigger pull consistency with a double action pull of 8 to 8.5 pounds and a single action break of just 3 to 3.5 pounds and a short reset. The 4.925 inch match-grade bull barrel is machined from 416 stainless steel for exceptional accuracy shot after shot. A deep beavertail undercut trigger guard and raised 25 LPI checkering combine classic CZ 75 ergonomics with features purpose-built for competition while an internal magwell speeds up reloads under time pressure. The slide is CNC machined from 4140 bar stock with front and rear serrations a CZ Custom low-mount rear sight and a fiber-optic front sight for a fast clear sight picture. Black G10 grips provide a secure purchase in any condition.
