CVA Accura LR-X Features The CVA Accura LR-X is built around a legendary Bergara barrel featuring a Nitride coating along with the added protection of Cerakote Flat Dark Earth on the exterior giving the 30-inch .45 caliber barrel both corrosion resistance and a distinctive finish. A 1:22 inch twist rate is tuned to stabilize the high ballistic coefficient muzzleloading bullets favored for long-range shooting while a threaded muzzle accepts the CVA muzzle brake to help manage recoil. Borrowing technology from CVA s Paramount line the LR-X offers a free-floated barrel without an under-barrel ramrod instead shipping with a carbon fiber collapsible ramrod for a cleaner more consistent barrel harmonic. The KonusPro 4-12x44 scope included with the package features a glass-engraved ballistic reticle matched to popular black powder loads giving hunters reference points from 75 to 275 yards along with lateral hash marks for leading moving targets. The new CVA X-Treme stock includes an adjustable comb inset into the stock for ambidextrous use letting any shooter achieve a proper cheek weld whether running open sights or a scope with taller rings. A Matte Black Soft-Touch coating on the stock provides a secure grip in wet or cold conditions common to late-season hunts. The rifle ships complete with a Quake Claw rifle sling a Durasight scope rail an accessory kit and the carbon fiber collapsible ramrod giving the hunter everything needed to get into the field. Backed by CVA s accuracy guarantee and a lifetime guarantee on manufacturing defects the Accura LR-X Scope Package delivers a complete long-range muzzleloading system ready to hunt.
