Burris XTR III Features The Burris XTR III was engineered for long-range competition shooting where distances stretch far beyond typical hunting ranges delivering an industry-leading field of view alongside a greater than 5x zoom range from 3.3x to 18x magnification. The front focal plane SCR 2 reticle scales with magnification so holdover and wind references remain accurate at any power setting a critical feature for making precise corrections at extreme distances. Illumination on the reticle powered by a CR2032 battery brightens the aiming references for use in low light or against dark targets. A 34mm main tube provides substantial internal adjustment travel supporting 35 mils of elevation and 16 mils of windage total travel for shots that require significant holdover. Hi-Lume multi-coated glass improves light transmission and contrast delivering a bright clear sight picture even at the top end of the zoom range where image quality often suffers on lesser scopes. Parallax adjustment from 25 yards to infinity lets shooters eliminate parallax error precisely at their actual engagement distance an important detail for extreme-precision shooting. At 29.8 ounces and 13.3 inches long the XTR III carries real heft that reflects its rugged competition-grade construction built to survive harsh handling in the field. For long-range shooters who need a scope purpose-built for extended engagements the Burris XTR III delivers serious capability for sale at GrabAGun.
