Ballistic Advantage Premium Series Barrel Features The Ballistic Advantage Premium Series barrel is machined from hardened 416R stainless steel a material chosen for its strength toughness and good ductility giving the barrel long-term durability under high round counts. Every barrel is honed lapped and tumbled during manufacturing to remove imperfections from the bore meaning it is ready to perform accurately right out of the box with no break-in period required. Bore straightness is held to less than .0001 inch of deviation exceeding typical factory tolerances and translating into tighter more consistent groups. This level of precision machining is aimed at shooters who want measurable accuracy gains over a stock Glock barrel. A black QPQ finish is applied inside and out for corrosion resistance and improved surface hardness standing up well to repeated firing and cleaning. Fluting along the barrel reduces weight without sacrificing rigidity while the 1/2x28 threaded muzzle accepts a suppressor compensator or thread protector for added versatility. Designed specifically to drop into the Glock 17 Gen 5 with no additional fitting the barrel simplifies the upgrade process for owners looking to improve accuracy or add a muzzle device. For Glock 17 Gen 5 shooters chasing better precision and finish quality this Premium Series barrel is a direct factory-fit upgrade.
