It is engineered specifically for barrels where the standard Over The Barrel (OTB) adapter is not suitable, including barrels with an outer diameter larger than .75" or with less than 2.95 inches of exposed barrel. The adapter extends the overall system length by 2.90 inches and features integrated wrench flats in the rear for straightforward installation and removal with any standard adjustable crescent wrench. Due to the extended end cap exit distance from the muzzle, it is strongly recommended to verify alignment using an alignment rod prior to firing to prevent potential end cap strikes with tight-bore silencers.
