You are looking at a S&W model 4013TSW that has had what i assume is a court case number engraved on the frame, barrel, and magazine. The number is AF-11-0054050 EXB-1. This pistol has markings scattered throughout from being handled and used. I am unsure of the origin or story behind the pencil engraving on the frame (2 places), magazine, and barrel.
