Elastane cuffs are comfortable while not being constricting. The hood is designed to stay up in the wind, with a built-in half-face shield and a cinch cord to keep your neck, cheeks, and ears warm. The exterior fabric is a durable, tightly woven 20D nylon with a water-repellent finish to bead and discard light precipitation.
