Product Description
The Midland Gun Company was a fairly prolific English manufacturer specializing in no-frills affordable long guns. They were eventually bought out by Parker Hale. This particular bolt gun in .270 for sale here was built around a strong and reliable action designed to make use of the many surplus 1903 Springfield bolts that became available after WWII. It was imported by JANA of Denver, CO. It's in good shape overall, with most of its blue finish intact with some light pitting and a few small scuffs. The wood is in good shape also with just some normal wear. The action is smooth and the bore is clean and bright. No box or case.
