Sarasqueta shotguns of Eibar, Spain, were originally made by Victor Sarasqueta in the late 1800s through the early part of the 20th century. The business was founded in 1883, and in 1902 received a Royal Warrant as a purveyor of guns to the King of Spain. Felix Sarasqueta and J.J. Sarasqueta were the most recent members of the family to custom craft shotguns. Victor Sarasqueta Rifles y Escopetas Especiales, S.A. was reorganized in the early 1980s and the business became part of the DiArm Group which closed a few years later."
