Pulsar’s PSP-B Adapter series allows Krypton and Proton thermal clip-on devices to be quickly and easily attached to daytime optics. The PSP-B adapter attaches to the thermal unit via four-point bayonet and doesn’t require the use of tools. This design also allows the thermal unit to be removed from one adapter and installed on another for use on different daytime scopes. Once attached, the position of the thermal unit’s screen can be adjusted to optimize the field of view. Additionally, the PSP-B adapter line is compatible with the majority of daytime scopes with an objective lens diameter of 40mm to 56mm as well as scopes with 30mm tube diameters. One of the insert rings supplied with the unit needs to be inserted in the adapter before mounting it on the lens of a daylight optical device. The PSP-56B adapter is compatible with the majority of daytime riflescopes with an optical diameter of 56mm. Inserts with an inner diameter of 60 mm (for mounting the adapter on daytime optics with an outer lens diameter of 59.7 – 60.6 mm), 61 mm (60.7 – 61.6 mm), 62 mm (61.7 – 62.6 mm), 63 mm (62.7 – 63.6 mm), 64 mm (63.7 – 64.6 mm), 65 mm (64.7 – 65.6 mm) are provided as a standard accessory.
