This switch replaces the stock handlebar mounted start / stop switch and relocates it onto the throttle housing. By removing the strap mounted switch, handlebar changes are faster and easier. It bolts onto the throttle housing providing two large buttons, black for start and red for stop. The Ride Engineering dual switch has a machined billet housing with all solid-state internals - there are no circuit boards to fail. Installation is simple and explained in the enclosed instructions by splicing in four wires.
