"Bridge the gap between the edge of your loading area and semi-trailers or trucks with a 72"" W Guardian Hydraulic Edge of Dock Leveler. Less hassle than a dock board, this leveler installs directly to your loading dock for quick and easy operation when trucks back up to your dock. This edge of dock leveler is designed to service refrigerated trailers and comes with two bumpers on either side as a buffer. It complies with O.S.H.A. safety standards and is made right here in the USA. The solid-state technology provides easy activation and recycling of deck and lip cylinders, with an automatic return feature that lowers the leveler back into the stored position immediately after the truck departs. These edge of dock levelers provide an operating range of 5"" above and below your dock, with a minimum lip projection of 12.75"" and an overall span of 27.75"". The deck and lip are constructed of 55,000 lb. minimum yield steel tread plate, and come standard with grease fittings on the continuous lip hinge. Two formed steel gussets provide structural support in the stored position. The totally enclosed, non-ventilated industrial electric motor power pack includes a 4,000 P.S.I.-capable hydraulic pump. The formed, plate-steel bump blocks and molded cord rubber bumpers protect the dock face and leveler from incidental damage from trucks. Installation is easy; steel rivets located at either end of the centerplate hinge provides easy forklift installation.
