At the same time, it adds a full-length stability shank for lightweight foot support and lateral stability and a waterproof and breathable lining to get us out on the trail in all types of weather. The Zionic still has a generous toe box, but it also has a more contoured fit that feels more athletic than traditional KEEN hiking boots.
