The Zastava ZPAP M70 AKM Semi-Auto Rifle with Optics Rail is a modern semi-auto recreation of the original M70 made by Yugoslavia in 1970 and used by more than 25 countries in the decades since. The M70 was functionally identical to the AKM, but featured a number of improvements like a thicker receiver and enhanced dust cover latch. In the 50+ years since its inception, Zastava has produced millions of these rifles, so needless to say, it's a proven design that delivers all the durability and reliability of the AKM you know and love. It's built with a 1.5mm bulged trunnion receiver and cold hammer-forged, chrome-lined barrel that can handle corrosive milsurp ammo. Standard features include a double-stack bolt, adjustable front and rear sights, and bolt hold-open notch on safety selector. This model features an extended aluminum handguard, Picatinny optics rail, and saddle-type rail system, making it much easier to customize than the standard AK. Includes one 30-round magazine.
