In order to reduce the recoil of heavy calibers, each M03 Africa features an extra strong, long barrel and a kick-stop recoil reducer installed in the stock. The M03 Africa Great Plains features an inter changeable barrel. The buck horn rear sight with cupro nickel contrast inlay can be adjusted for windage, the front sight with a 4 mm sharp-focus cupro nickel bead can be adjusted for elevation. The sling swivel and the base for the front sight are mounted on the barrel using a steel band to endure the toughest hunting conditions.
