The CDX Carbon Tripod by Cadex delivers outstanding stability and versatility for any long range shooting application, from PRS matches to ling range hunting. The tripod’s leg’s are 40mm in diameter, and are constructed from 10 layers of carbon fiber and aluminum. Each leg has four segments, adjustable via ¼ turn leg lock system, and can be articulated in three positions: basic 25°, wide 55°, and prone 85°. For greater stability on rough terrain or in poor conditions, the tripod has interchangeable rubber and spike feet, as well as an underbelly counterweight hook. The tripod also ships with a 55mm ball head made from aircraft grade aluminum with a hard anodized finish. The ball head is adjustable by 360° , and attaches to the tripod with a universal 3/8”-16 mounting screw. It can support rifles up to 55 lbs, and can rapidly mount/dismount the rifle thanks to its quick release plate. In addition, this tripod kit comes standard with 3 tension lock knobs (rotation, panning, canting) and is compatible with the CDX RC2 Elite System.
