The R3 7000 is a lightweight expedition pack designed and built to meet the demands of reconnaissance military operations. The new R3 7000 includes a top Velcro access for a radio antenna or comms cable, two internal Velcro loop patches for the SG Cordura Camp Pocket or other modular storage, and two side stretch pockets for quick external storage. The 7000 also integrates with the color-coded buckles on the R3 Frame to quickly attach and separate the bag from the frame to utilize the 2,500+ cubic inch load shelf for added volume capabilities. A heavy weapon system with multiple positioning options is integrated into the frame for secure-and-supported carry of long-range large calibers with large optics. As part of the modular R3 military pack line, the 7000 is compatible with the R3 Side Bags to further extend the pack’s capacity to 8500 cubic inches for longer trips and missions that require bulkier cold-weather gear. R3 Bags are only compatible with the R3 Frame.
