The DF12 has a 3" chamber and an 18" chrome plated steel barrel with a REM pattern cylinder bore choke installed and a full choke & modified choke included. Smart valve piston technology automatically adjusts the amount of gas used to operate the system depending on the load to allow the use of any combination of 2 3/4" or 3" shells without adjustment. The Hatsan DF12 uses a cross bolt safety. This 12 gauge modern sporting shotgun has an accessory rail above the receiver, a full length rail under the handguard and three smaller rails for accessories and sights.
